Hi everybody,

My name is Petr and I'm one of you. I’m following my dream and I'm doing everything for it. Sometimes it is very hard and sometimes very long, but if you are patience you will get it.

I started this deal 2 months ago. The house was on the market for $45000. I was denied four times. Two or three week ago I and my Real Estate agent try again and finally we closed this property for $14,000 and for rehab I need $9,000.

I would like to tell you that deals are out there. Don’t give up. If I can do it you CAN DO IT TO.

Nothing Down

My RE friend BJ, she call me that she know somebody who need help to sell their house. 2 brothers own property after their parents and they don't know what to do. House was empty for 1 year and brothers still paid every month mortgage. We meet at Starbuck coffee shop and we talk about everything. On the end I ask if they can give me a some time to pay them and if they can help with financing. After few minute we have deal I will pay only closing cost $2,600. They will still pay first mortgage for another 5 month and after 5 month I will start to pay their mortgage.

Now I have 5 month to make some work at the home and decide what to do.

And what I did I only try to help 2 brothers with their situation. And I have house for $145,000 only for closing cost.

If I can give you some advice don't be scare just go for it.
