Being a Giver More than a Receiver

Approximately, 3 months ago I read One Minute Millionaire and my mind started working in overdrive. I started making goals that I knew were too crazy to accomplish. I actually started this last year with science students I teach (I am a science teacher). I didn’t know what I was doing, it all just started after I watched the "Secret" and I had read a couple of Stephen Covey's books.

I really drove into action after I used all that had been taught to me about networking, baby boomers and not quitting, etc. I went back to my inner city classroom and implemented success ideas for passing standardized test and going beyond the classroom from what I learned in the business. After tweaking my lessons, it worked!! I decided to take it even further. After I joined EWI, I decided to write a book with the deadline for the end of December on Power Ushering Students Higher.

My crazy believable notion is to have net $600,000 by the end of the school year and have 50 business partners before the start of the new year. I am soaking in all the CD'S and books from the institute during lunch, planning periods and after school hours. I still work my Noni business and will always have that as a first passion, but I love the concept of learning how to have multiple streams of income and can see the incorporation of real estate, science consulting, author, product consultant, etc.

Even though I may not be able to take the classes like I would like at this time, I do get on the calls and listen to books on CD's, and I have also joined an investment group. I am thankful for the opportunity to share with a company that was established on principles of helping and assisting others find their true destiny through one's purpose. I have already come up with a marketing strategy to give a tenth to each district that purchases up to a certain amount of the books and to offer free science consultation. I have an insurmountable goal to reach and I am in search of the means to accomplish it with a date already locked in.

I want to be a giver more than the receiver, and I owe that opportunity to so many of you who are the overachievers, humble and meek. I do a lot of fasting and prayer along with action and much work!
