Nicole Marshall was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. Coming from a large family she learned early on the importance of dedication and hard work. After graduating from Northern Illinois University, she landed a job at The Wall Street Journal. Even though she was content, she still felt the pull of entrepreneurship and explored several small business opportunities.

Ultimately, she realized Real Estate investing was the best way to achieve her financial goals and help her family. Now, as a new mom and Real Estate investor, Nicole is dedicated to empowering others personally, professionally and financially.
