Lorenzo Spencer

Lorenzo Spencer bought his first real estate investment property in 1976 after attending his first Robert Allen seminar. He’s gone on to buy millions of dollars of real estate using creative financing. He has developed a renowned expertise in structuring the deal and the offers so that everybody wins every time and has aptly become known as the Doctor of “Transaction Engineering.”

His career in real estate has been immense including being a real estate broker for more than 25 years, owning and operating a private real estate school for 15 years and teaching effective sales training to all the biggest real estate agencies.

To round out his career, Lorenzo continues his teaching career. He has already taught more than 7,000 people around the globe. His most recent training trip was his fourth tour of Australia and New Zealand teaching people how to invest in Real estate “Down Under.”
