Joe Finnegan

As a New York City Fireman, Joe Finnegan loved his job but he soon realized that you become a fireman for the job, not the money. Joe pursued further training from an expert craftsman to become proficient in all areas of contracting. After several years of contracting, it was his natural progression to real estate investing.

In the mid-1980’s, Joe attended a Robert Allen workshop and bought his first property using nothing down strategies. When a life-threatening 2-year fight against late stage cancer forced his retirement from the Fire Dept., Joe officially became a full-time Real Estate Investor.

He specialized in buying, rehabbing himself and flipping foreclosures and thought his system was flawless until he attended an EWI workshop and became a Mastery Training Program student. With his new education, Joe was able to close more deals in one year than he had in the previous ten years combined.

Joe is passionate about real estate and helping others to succeed. His knowledge, determination, experience, sincerity and integrity make him a powerful mentor for anyone.
