Jeff Schnitter

Jeff Schnitter was on the fast track to mediocrity until he made the choice to make his life more by going off the beaten path. Jeff graduated from one of the most prestigious schools in North America with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and, while pursuing his ‘dream job’ at a leading architecture firm, he realized that his entrepreneurial spirit and the life that he really wanted could not be fulfilled as an employee working ‘inside the box’. He quit is job and began his quest for more.

It wasn’t long before he found himself immersed in the world of real estate investing and the freedom it could provide. He became a full-time investor after just one deal and has since purchased millions of dollars worth of real estate throughout North America.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has become the preeminent Foreclosure and REO expert in the United States and has taught thousands of students how to achieve the same success he enjoys while creating win-win deals with homeowners in distress. These win-wins have been his greatest source of joy and accomplishment and he is anxious to teach other investors how to continue his legacy of enlightened investing.
