Jay Spencer
For seventeen years Jay Spencer worked in the home improvement
industry as a retail manager. He knew there was a lot of money to be made in real
estate if you knew what you were doing. He’d earned his real estate license in the
mid 1980s but it had long since expired. Each day he would talk to contractors and
learned a lot about rehabbing but was spending all of his time at his job, rather
than putting his knowledge to work for himself.
Jay’s family was suffering and he was missing watching them grow up as he was always
working to make ends meet. Jay and his wife knew that without a major change, their
situation would not improve. Jay was ready for a change and he knew it had to be
in Real Estate.
Eight years ago he quit his job and went in search of a solution. As his mentor,
Lorenzo Spencer taught Jay how to successfully rehab houses and introduced him to
additional training to do things the right way to minimize expenses and maximize
profits, along with the crucial negotiation techniques to make jobs more profitable
from the onset.
Jay is proud of the dramatic improvements in his life and grateful to be able to
make them before it was too late. Before his real estate career, Jay’s time was
his employer's. Now, Jay is in control of his life and enjoys experiences that he
never before thought possible including travelling extensively with his family,
tutoring his children, helping with science projects and simply being a part of
their everyday life.
