Gary Harris

Gary Harris was born and raised in a small town in Virginia. He excelled in high school and soon went to college at the University of Missouri – Rolla where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.

During high school Gary painted houses for a successful real estate investor and wanted to learn more about how to invest in real estate. While still in college, he pursued additional knowledge in investing and bought his first rental property at the age of 22.

After completing several deals in a small town of only six thousand people, Gary immediately saw the advantages of investing in real estate and wanted to quit college with only six credit hours remaining to obtain his degree. His mother talked him out of it and, after graduating from college in May 2004, Gary accepted a job with General Motors. After three very distracted weeks on the job, doing nothing but looking at properties that he could buy on the Internet, he decided to resign and invest in real estate full time.

Since leaving Corporate America, Gary has completed a wide variety of real estate transactions and mastered the skill of helping people out of pre-foreclosure. Gary has also bought bank-owned properties in several states across the country. He has helped teach hundreds of real estate investors how to invest in any marketplace in the U.S. and has helped to mentor many investors to success.
