In his early twenties, Eric found himself rehabbing houses for a Real Estate Investor. But, it didn’t take long for him to realize he was on the wrong side of the business! He bought his first home at the age of 23 and hasn’t looked back since.

Over the last seven years he has done all kinds of transactions such as foreclosures, rehabbing, lease purchases and assignments, just to name a few. He has made real estate investing his full-time profession over the past five years.

As his expertise increased, so did his passion for helping others find their financial freedom through Real Estate. He has trained students of all ages and all walks of life. Eric has found a great way of teaching people the same strategies that he has used for years so they can quickly assimilate his techniques.

Now that Eric has reached financial freedom, he is able to enjoy spending his time with his three young sons. He has learned just how valuable time really is and knows that it is far more valuable than money ever could be. Eric derives great joy from helping other fathers reach financial independence so they too may enjoy their growing families.
